In this role, you will be key in ensuring that the customer’s journey starts and ends smoothly – and that the fleet and daily operations are under control.

What does the work involve?

• Customer service via phone, email, and on‑site (Finnish and English)
• Car handovers and returns
• Handling rental agreements and payments
• Transferring cars between different locations
• Car inspections and cleaning
• Other daily tasks related to car rental operations
