Job Description
- Deliver packages and documents to customers safely, efficiently, and within agreed timelines.
- Ensure all shipments are verified, sorted, and matched with correct customer details before dispatch.
- Follow delivery schedules, optimized routes, and operational procedures to meet daily targets.
- Maintain real-time updates of delivery status through system applications and submit all required documentation to the delivery center.
- Communicate proactively with dispatch teams and customers regarding delivery status, delays, or issues.
- Handle shipments with care, ensuring the safety and integrity of items during transit.
- Adhere strictly to UAE traffic laws, company policies, and safety standards at all times.
- Ensure readiness before departure by completing pre-delivery checks and following operational guidelines.
- Maintain assigned delivery vehicles, including routine checks, cleanliness, and reporting any issues.
