About the role

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Capital Sales Engineering – Africa to lead our Capital Sales Engineering team and drive the growth of FLSmidth's capital equipment and solutions business across the African region.

This leadership role combines technical expertise, strategic sales planning, and customer engagement to deliver sustainable business growth, strengthen market presence, and support customers with innovative mining solutions.
