As a Capital Consultant, you will build and maintain strategic capital investment plans and budgets for assigned service areas, applying financial analysis, service‑level priorities, and corporate policies to support effective investment decisions.

• Lead the development and maintenance of 4‑year and 10‑year Capital Investment Plans and budgets for tax‑supported service areas.
• Apply financial analysis, investment criteria, and corporate financial policies to create prioritized and financially sustainable capital investment portfolios.
