Job Description

Our client is seeking a qualified actuary to join their Capital Actuarial team on a 12-month fixed term contract.
This is an excellent career development opportunity for an actuary with a background in GI or Life Reserving and Pricing who is looking to broaden their technical expertise into capital modelling.

Key responsibilities
Support the production and reporting of capital results and scenarios for the Solvency II Internal Model, including data preparation, results review, management briefings, and regulatory reporting inputs

Contribute to internal model maintenance and development projects, including annual recalibration, parameter reviews, validation testing, and methodology documentation

Develop and enhance internal model processes and technical tools, exploring modern technologies for analysis, documentation, and parameter calibration
