Cape Town Retail Regional Leader – Growth & Experience

Lovisa is seeking a Regional Manager to lead the Cape Town region, driving sales growth and delivering outstanding customer experience across multiple stores. You will conduct regular store visits, coach and develop Store Managers, recruit and build a high-performing team, and balance rostering to control costs while reducing shrinkage. The role requires 3+ years in area management within retail, ability to travel interstate/international, and being based in Cape Town.
