The Role
Capco’s Associate Consulting Programme (ACP) is designed for early‑career professionals looking to begin a consulting career within Financial Services. As an Associate Consultant, you will join a cohort of new consultants and complete a structured training programme before working on real client projects.
You will be aligned to a core domain: Banking & Payments, Capital Markets, Insurance, or Wealth & Asset Management, gaining exposure to transformation initiatives and AI‑enabled ways of working. Working alongside experienced consultants, you will help clients modernise platforms, improve operations, and respond to an evolving industry landscape.
