POSITION INFO:
Description: Assist attorneys with case preparation, drafting of legal documents, and court processes. Conduct legal research, analyse legislation, and prepare legal opinions or summaries. Attend court proceedings, consultations, and mediations with senior attorneys. Draft pleadings, affidavits, notices, contracts, and correspondence. Manage and update client files, ensuring accurate document filing and compliance. Liaise with clients, advocates, court staff, and external stakeholders.
