Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services (CFMWS) supports Canadian Armed Forces members, veterans, and their families through recreation, fitness, financial services, and family support.

Role

A deployed Reconditioning Specialist will deliver exercise and reconditioning services to Canadian Armed Forces and partner nations for six months overseas. The specialist will:

• Lead reconditioning programs for CAF members with medical conditions, improving functional abilities.
• Design specific reconditioning and injury prevention programs.
• Provide training and professional development to the local team.
• Assist partners in promoting healthy practices and injury prevention through educational programs and special events.
• Assist with recreational activities and events to maintain morale and readiness.
