- RSA ID and legal residence essential
- Previous Camp Manager experience essential
- Valid Driver's License essential
- Strong leadership and staff management skills
- Excellent guest relations and hosting ability
- Experience overseeing Housekeeping and Maintenance departments
- Strong stock control and ordering experience
- Computer literate
- Fluent in English (additional foreign languages advantageous)
- Well-presented, professional, and service driven
- Responsible, hands‑on, and able to work independently under pressure
- Excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operation of the camp
- Welcome and host guests throughout their stay
- Ensure exceptional guest service and monitor service standards
