Job Description
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Conducts all operations in accordance with the standard operating procedures specific to the camp location. Follows the plan as laid out by the Project Manager and Field Area Leadership.
+ Directs all aspects of the field science program in conjunction with the Continental Field Supervisor and Principal Investigators (and/or field team leads).
+ Supervises camp staff and completes end of season evaluations on camp personnel in conjunction with the Continental Field Supervisor
+ Serves as safety coordinator and ensures that all safety related all hands adhere to rules and regulations. Communicates all safety incidents and near misses using the ASC reporting protocols.
+ Ensures the camp facilities and equipment are maintained and operated safely. Ensures that that the camp is tidy, and that waste is retrograded throughout the season. Responsible for all hazardous cargo identification, labeling, and handling...
