As the Camp Bethany Team Leader, you will work closely with the Pastor of Family Life for 40 hours a week over the duration of 10 weeks. This role includes leading camp planning and ensuring safe practices while providing hands-on support for students. If you have a heart for ministry and a passion for youth, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee planning and delivery of camp programs
• Maintain adherence to health and safety guidelines
• Train and guide volunteer team members
• Deliver direct support to children and youth
• Organize registration and attendance follow-up
Requirements:
• Commitment to growth in faith
• Strong compassion for children and teens
• Relevant experience in youth services
• Up to date vulnerable sector police check
• Must be between 15-30 years old
