Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist in Cambridge with potential assignments in Mississauga. This role is critical in delivering technical assistance to our employees.
As part of our consulting team located in Montreal, you will be responsible for providing first-level support and managing the complete lifecycle of our technical assets. Strong communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot effectively are essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
