Cambrian College Alumni Development Manager

Elevate Cambrian College's advancement initiatives as the Manager of Alumni and Development. Drive the awards program and enhance donor engagement efforts in this pivotal role.
Reporting to the Director, you will manage a comprehensive awards program while ensuring compliance with donor and College requirements. Lead administration using the Banner Student Aid system and coordinate closely with an Awards Specialist. Play a key role in planning the Annual Awards Reception and represent the College to foster partnerships with donors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the disbursement of interest for 500+ awards
• Collaborate on timelines with the Awards Specialist
• Administer awards effectively within the database
• Plan logistics for the Annual Awards Reception
• Act as a liaison between the College and industry partners
Requirements:
• Two-year diploma in marketing or related field
