Job Description
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests through email in a timely and professional manner.
- Compose and send a personalized email to a member who has submitted abuse complaints about other users on the website, ensuring clear communication and support throughout the process.
- Maintain and update precise records of member requests and activities.
- Address member complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy, ensuring prompt resolution and satisfaction.
- Work closely with other departments to meet members' needs efficiently.
- Foster strong relationships with members, recognizing returning visitors and anticipating their needs.
- Fresh Graduates in any course/SHS Graduate/undergraduate studies for two years.
- Computer literate and can work with MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Willing to be assigned on shifting schedules (day, mid, and night) i.e. 8am to 5pm, 8pm to 5am, 9pm to 6am,...
