Social Media – Content Moderator (Pure Non-Voice)
Location: Bonifacio One Tech Tower, BGC
Job Overview:
The role is responsible for reviewing and moderating social media content to ensure compliance with community standards and platform policies.
Job Requirements:
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Higher
- At least 1 year BPO experience
- At least 1 year customer-facing experience
- Strong written communication and comprehension skills
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
Responsibilities:
- Review, evaluate, and moderate user-generated content based on established guidelines
- Identify and elevate content that violates platform policies
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in content classification decisions
- Maintain productivity and quality standards while handling repetitive tasks
