Job Summary
Bacon Home Remodeling is hiring a Call Center Representative / Appointment Setter to join our growing team in Buffalo, NY.

This position is focused on helping homeowners who have already requested information about our bathroom remodeling services.

No cold calling. No selling.
You will speak with interested homeowners, answer basic questions, and schedule free in-home consultations for our remodeling specialists.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, reliable, comfortable on the phone, and enjoys helping people.
Responsibilities

+ Answer incoming calls from homeowners responding to advertisements

+ Contact homeowners who have requested information

+ Schedule qualified appointments for in-home consultations
