Responsibilities
Own and manage the customer experience, ensuring end-to-end service within assigned scope and in compliance with company procedures and customer agreements.
Own all customer issues, facilitate timely and effective resolution by engaging relevant internal stakeholders.
Handle inbound customer queries and cases professionally, owning issues through to resolution.
Identify root causes when issues arise and advise management of potential service failures or trends.
Drive continuous improvement opportunities and identify ways to lower costs.
