Overview

Cosmetigroup Int'l Corp. is looking for:

Position: Call Center Agent

Location: Rufino Legaspi, Makati City

Schedule: Dayshift (10AM–7PM, 6 days a week)

Salary: Minimum up to 22k + High Incentives and Commission

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound calls (local account)
• Assist customers with their concerns and questions
• Share updates on our latest products and services
• Schedule appointments
• Help troubleshoot issues and guide customers
• Upsell where needed

Qualifications

• Communicates clearly (Tagalog & English)
• Stays calm under pressure
• Loves problem-solving
• Has previous customer service or call center experience (a plus!)
• Can speak Bisaya (Cebuano)
• College Graduate with customer service experience
