Job Description
We are seeking call center staff with English proficiency (levels B2 to C2) who are customer-service oriented and goal-driven. The position offers a dynamic work environment, opportunities for growth, and competitive benefits.
REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS
Required education: High school diploma.
Customer service experience and knowledge; 85% English proficiency or B2/C2 certification.
Must be able to commute to Zone 12 in the capital.
Must be available to work rotating shifts with two days off.
Must have all documentation complete and in order (resume, current criminal and police background checks, DPI, NIT number).
