The successful candidate will answer incoming calls, explain our products and services in a clear and easy-to-understand way, assist customers with their concerns, and provide excellent service to ensure a positive customer experience.



Your main tasks include:

Answering calls with a professional and caring tone

Explaining our products in a way that just makes sense

Tackling problems fast and making the process painless

Helping customers make changes to their accounts or plans

Taking clear notes so we have a solid record of every call



Qualifications

At least 6 months call center experience

SH/SHS Grad

Willing to work on site

Basic computer literacy

Good communication skills
