Job Description
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Wedding Cake Artist to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in designing and crafting elegant, custom wedding cakes that reflect the clients vision and our brands high standards. This role requires both artistic skill and technical baking expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Cake Design & Decoration:
- Design and create stunning, bespoke wedding cakes tailored to each clients theme, style, and preferences.
- Decorate cakes using advanced techniques such as fondant sculpting, hand-painting, sugar flowers, edible lace, piping, airbrushing, and tier stacking.
- Create mood boards or sketches for client approval before production (optional based on workflow).
- Stay current with trends in cake design, wedding aesthetics, and seasonal themes.
