We’re looking for an experienced Café Supervisor / Lead Barista to help lead the day‑to‑day operation of one of our cafés. This is a hands‑on role for someone who is passionate about coffee, leads by example, and enjoys taking ownership of their work. You’ll work closely with our Venue Manager and Head Office team while being trusted to keep the café running smoothly during your shifts.

As a smaller café, there are quieter periods throughout the day. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative and can identify what needs to be done without waiting to be directed. There’s always something that can be cleaned, organised, stocked or improved.
