Job Summary

Responsible for the implementation and improvement of production processes in order to meet product quality standards and production efficiency by developing safe and cost effective procedures.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

• Reports key Equipment and Tooling condition on a day-to-day basis.
• Perform and presents improvement activities pertaining to Safety, Quality, Productivity, Delivery and Cost Savings.
• Leads Department 5s activities
• Keeps Product Standard (Machine Parameter, Cycle Time and Production Weight)
• Participates in Weekly Production Meeting
• Adheres to and complies with all the HR policies of the Company.
• Performs additional or special assignment that may be assigned by superiors from time to time.

• Graduate of BS Electrical, Mechanical and Industrial Engineering courses or any related engineering courses
