About the job
The CAD Designer creates and provides detailed commercial kitchen drawings, plans, schematics, and/or models based on customer expectations, Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements, and local codes in coordination with external consultants, and external and internal sales teams. Continues familiarity and knowledge of a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Your tasks
Prepares scale remodel and new construction kitchen proposal drawings, documentation, 3d models, and 2D plans for review by customer for operational consideration.

Prepares scale existing condition (as-built) drawings, documentation, 3D models and 2D plans by converting data collected on-site by advanced site capturing methods including but not limited to: laser scanning, point
clouds, asset data information, photos, and floor plan sketches.
