Insight Global is seeking a skilled Cab Assembler to support the buildout of operator cabs for heavy industrial rail equipment. This individual will be responsible for assembling and installing all interior cab components, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to engineering specifications.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in carpentry, trim work, or mechanical assembly who is comfortable working with measurements, hand tools, and blueprints.
Key Responsibilities
•Assemble and install cab interior components including:
-Flooring, walls, and paneling
-Seating and structural fixtures
-Lighting, gauges, and other non-wired components
•Measure, cut, and fit materials to precise specifications
•Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and layouts to execute builds
•Utilize hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to complete assemblies
•Ensure proper alignment, fit, and finish of all installed compo...
