As the **C5ISR Equipment Support Business Development (BD) “Rainmaker” Federal Strategic Growth Director** , you will lead a high-stakes, end-to-end campaign designed to achieve specific strategic outcomes in **San Diego, CA** . You’ll shape the strategy, select the must-win pursuits, orchestrate cross-functional execution, and drive measurable improvements in PWin, pipeline health, and long-range growth for the C5ISR campaign. This role is for a leader who is relentless about outcomes, thrives in ambiguity, and can rally teams to win in complex government environments. Your success will be measured by the achievement of 3- and 5-year strategic objectives that are underpinned by quarterly and annual campaign actions.
