In this role, you will report to the Branch Manager and ensure accurate inventory levels while managing product costing and supplier relationships. Your responsibilities will include purchasing decisions based on usage trends, collaboration with sales reps, and keeping close watch on stock levels and product expiration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and maintain inventory accuracy
• Correctly manage costing for purchased items
• Alert Sales Reps of any price adjustments
• Work with warehouse on product arrivals
• Monitor stock freshness and manage dead stock

Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of industry experience required
• Experience in protein markets preferred
