Buyer Trainee - Attach & Train program

• Manage the End-to-End Source to Pay process for the Procurement categories (MRO/Indirect) as assigned and ensuring zero stock out of materials.
• Negotiate strategic pricing and contractual arrangements for supply.
• Operate sourcing and procurement activities for the assigned categories in compliance with Roche Global Procurement procedures and standards as well as RSTO Third Party Spend Policy.
• Create and maintain Procurement Master Data (e.g., PIR contracts and source list) in the SAP system.
• Support and enforce the RSTO Third Party Spend Policy, ensuring all procurement activities comply with guidelines and regulatory or cGMP requirements.
