Job Description

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Buyer Administrator to support procurement operations within large‑scale data center projects in Chile. This role will provide administrative and transactional support to ensure efficient procurement processes within a fast‑paced, client‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support procurement teams with purchase orders, supplier onboarding, and documentation.
  • Maintain procurement records, contracts, and supplier databases.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
  • Assist with RFQs and bid documentation preparation.
  • Track orders, invoices, and payments in alignment with project needs.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and internal controls.

Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in procurement or administrative support roles.
