Job Description
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Buyer Administrator to support procurement operations within large‑scale data center projects in Chile. This role will provide administrative and transactional support to ensure efficient procurement processes within a fast‑paced, client‑driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support procurement teams with purchase orders, supplier onboarding, and documentation.
- Maintain procurement records, contracts, and supplier databases.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
- Assist with RFQs and bid documentation preparation.
- Track orders, invoices, and payments in alignment with project needs.
- Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and internal controls.
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in procurement or administrative support roles.
