Job Description

• Greet and assist guests with luggage and transportation needs.
• Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and bell desk area.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures as necessary.
• Deliver messages, packages, and other items to guests in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience Level: Entry-level (0–1 year)
• Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor and outgoing personality
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to lift heavy luggage and perform manual tasks
