Job Description
•Making appointments in an out of the house, e-purchasing when the house manager is not in house.
• Maintain cleanliness and maintenance standards of the house.
• Being able to replace or take over any staff member when absent or not on duty.
• Oversee the care of the principle’s wardrobes.
• Running errands locally
• Helping with food and beverage service to the principals and guests with the assistance of the team.
• Helping with cooking light meals for the principals if its just 2 of them and when the chef is away.
• Driving the principles and guests as required.
• Oversee the cleanliness of all vehicles on the property.
• Must be adaptable, hands on and prepared to mulit-task in all areas.
Responsible to: Estate Director / Principals
Salary: 3500€ /4000€ net
