Role Summary
We are seeking a highly professional, discreet and service-oriented travelling Butler to provide dedicated support to the Chairman of a leading real estate development company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the Chairman's requirements, ensuring seamless day-to-day assistance and accompanying the Chairman on business travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized high-level butler and concierge services.
- Manage schedules, itineraries, reservations and related lifestyle requirements.
- Support the travel team in managing travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, transportation and visas based on itineraries.
- Accompany the Chairman on travel, ensuring all travel-related needs are efficiently managed.
