Dusit Thani Dubai is seeking a skilled professional for the Butcher Shop to participate in meat preparation service and cleaning activities. This role involves cutting, trimming, and grinding meats while ensuring compliance with Hotel Health & Safety & Hygiene policies. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in all storage areas and interact with other Food & Beverage departments.

The ideal candidate has a High Vocational diploma, knowledge of food presentation, basic English communication skills, and HACCP awareness. The role demands strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
