Butchery Operations Coach & Data-Driven Retail Specialist

Jobtailor is seeking a capable Butchery Manager to lead store teams and drive improvements across Waikato, Coromandel and beyond. You will coach staff, analyse category data, and build strong relationships with department managers and owners to implement best practices in butchery operations, production, and food safety.

The role requires strong butchery experience, a data-driven mindset, and a willingness to travel regularly across the North Island.
