Job Description
Restaurant Staff is seeking a Butchery/Meat Processing Manager with 5+ years of experience in butchery and meat production management, preferably in wholesale or retail FMCG. You will lead meat preparation, cutting, aging techniques, and ensure high quality and quantity control.
The role requires strong stock management, food safety knowledge, and staff training. Applicants with good references will be considered. Salary is R 24,000–28,000 CTC.
