Restaurant Group central kitchen is looking for a Butchery / Meat Processing Manager to join the team. 5+ years’ experience in butchery / meat production management, preferably in a wholesale / retail FMCG environment, is required. General butchery and meat management skills are required. Must be skilled in meat preparation, cutting as well as knowledge of meat aging techniques. Must have exceptional quality and quantity control skills. The suitable candidate will have knowledge of food health and safety as well as staff management and training. Only candidates with good contactable references will be considered. Applicants must have strong stock management skills. Experience with Microsoft EXEL essential. R 24 - 28K CTC.
