Butchery Apprentice to Artisan: Certification Path

Pick n Pay is excited to offer the MasterCut Programme 2025 / 2026 for youth in South Africa. This apprenticeship leads to a skilled butchery artisan career, providing essential work experience, clear career pathways, and valuable certifications. Participants will learn meat mastery, packaging, safety practices, and customer service while enjoying hands-on mentoring from experienced professionals.

Candidates must be South African citizens aged 18-34, currently unemployed, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
