Job Description
- Arrange cuts of meat and place them in a presentable manner.
- Weigh, label and price the variety of meat cuts by on-demand selections.
- Receive deliveries of meat and inspect to ensure adherance to company standards.
- Use skewers, bone knives, twine and other tools and machines.
- Preparing meat into a variety of cuts, deboning, tying, and trimming for customers.
- Educate and suggests to customers different selections of poultry, pork, beef and fish.
- Maintain the quality of products reducing waste and loss of profits.
- Observe cleanliness and adherence to food safety guidelines.
