Cut, trim, debone, and prepare meat cuts such as beef, pork, lamb, poultry, and seafood.
Use knives, saws, and grinders to process meat efficiently.
Prepare special cuts as per customer requests.
Quality Control:
Inspect meat products for freshness and quality.
Ensure proper storage and rotation of stock to maintain freshness.
- Proven experience as a butcher or meat cutter (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Knowledge of meat preparation, cutting techniques, and safety protocols.
- Ability to operate meat-processing equipment and tools.
