• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area by adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and ensure the freshness and quality of meat products.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a butcher or meat cutter with knowledge of meat preparation and cuts.
• Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy items and stand for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail, knife skills, and commitment to food safety regulations.
• Ability to work in cold conditions.
