Job Description
Key Responsibilities Receive and inspect all incoming meat and seafood products Prepare and cut meat and seafood according to specific cuts and portions Ensure all products are properly stored and rotated to maintain freshness Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and hygiene standards Assist with menu planning and recipe development as needed Requirements Proven experience as a Butcher, preferably in a high-volume kitchen or restaurant setting Knowledge of different cuts and preparation methods for various types of meat and seafood Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Physical stamina and ability to lift h...
