To strengthen our leadership team, we are seeking an experienced and inspirational Business Unit Manager, Microbiology Pharma (100% – Schönenwerd)  who will play a key role in driving the continued growth of our business in Switzerland. 
In this key leadership role, you will take full strategic and operational ownership of the Microbiology Pharma Business Unit and drive growth, quality, and innovation. 
Your responsibilities include: 
Strategic and operational leadership  of an established microbiology team 
Ensuring GMP‑compliant laboratory operations  and continuous process improvements 
Full responsibility for budget, revenue, profitability , and capacity planning 
Further development of the service portfolio  and active contribution to business expansion 
Close collaboration with QA, Operations, Sales, and Eurofins’ international network
