Job Description

We are hiring a Business Technology Program Manager to support the Business Technology & Operations team. This role will coordinate, prioritize, communicate, and report on the work being delivered across the Data Team, Salesforce Team, and Sales Operations.

• Coordinate Sprint Planning and Release Communication: Partner with the Data, Salesforce, and Sales Operations teams to understand what work is planned for upcoming sprints and releases and create clear communication around sprints, releases, changes, and impacted stakeholders.
• Support Prioritization of Enhancements: Organize, track, and prioritize enhancement requests across Salesforce, data, reporting, sales operations, and related business technology areas; work with business stakeholders and team leads to clarify impact, urgency, dependencies, risks, and outcomes; ensure requests are documented clearly for technical teams.
