Job Description

As Quemic Africa continues to grow, we are creating a new position for a highly motivated and experienced Business Systems Implementation & Process Coordinator to lead the implementation and ongoing ownership of several new business systems across the organisation.

This is not an IT support role. We are looking for someone who can drive change, improve business processes, and ensure new platforms are successfully implemented and adopted throughout the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of new business systems across the business.
  • Take ownership of platforms such as Monday.com, Cin7 Core, Breezy HR, and other operational software.
  • Work closely with management and department heads to understand business requirements and configure systems accordingly.
