Business Systems & ERP Manager (6 Month FTC)

About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a growing consumer products business to recruit a Business Systems & ERP Manager on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

This is a highly visible role with responsibility for the stability, performance and development of the company's core business systems, including ERP, planning platforms, customer and marketplace integrations, and 3PL warehouse systems.

Reporting into senior leadership, you'll act as the key link between technology and the wider business, ensuring systems support continued growth while identifying opportunities for improvement, automation and greater visibility across operations.

This role would suit someone who enjoys operating at both a strategic and hands-on level, balancing day-to-day system ownership with longer-term transformation initiatives.
