We are looking for a Business Systems Engineer: a business-first problem solver who delivers solutions based in existing products like Salesforce, n8n, make.com, etc. You bridge business needs and technical delivery across customer-facing, stakeholder-facing, and internal contexts, and you build robust, maintainable solutions across our business-systems stack rather than through click-based configuration. You will team up with Software Engineers, Product Managers, Designers, and a CRM Architect across thermondo's business functions.
