Business / Systems Analyst

We are looking for a highly analytical Business / Systems Analyst to join an enterprise digital banking modernization project. This role is ideal for an individual who excels at bridging the gap between technical delivery and operational reality, ensuring that the new digital banking platform aligns with business requirements and that credit union staff and members experience a seamless transition.
What You'll Do

+ Review and validate functional and technical requirements against business objectives.

+ Conduct comprehensive operational impact assessments to identify gaps between legacy workflows (Forge 2.0) and future-state workflows.

+ Validate member experience workflows, UI/UX configurations, and custom branding needs.

+ Drive readiness planning for branches, the contact centre, and operations teams, including drafting internal policy and procedure updates.
