Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, documentation, and validation of business requirements ensuring all the decisions and requirements changes are properly captured
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams across the bank as well as external partners, to deliver the end-to-end solution
- Translate complex business needs into clear and concise functional requirements and user stories
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
- Contribute to design and optimization of payment processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Support the scrum master and project manager in planning, scoping, and impact analysis for initiatives
