• Lead and manage support teams, including 30–60% hands‑on in incident management
• Manage capacity, staffing, and shift coverage
• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders at all levels
• Drive automation, process improvements, and AI initiatives
• Build a high‑performing, healthy, and engaged team culture
• Ensure team SLAs are met and proactively present solutions for topics at risk
